General terms and conditions of accommodation

1. conclusion of contract & provision

• Conclusion of contract: The guest accommodation contract is deemed to have been bindingly concluded as soon as a room has been ordered and confirmed (by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via the booking portal) or - if a confirmation was no longer possible in terms of time - made available. Both contractual partners are obliged to fulfill the contract.

• Room availability: Reserved rooms are available on Arrival day from 15:00 available. On On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m..

• Late arrival: Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed, the hotel reserves the right to change the room after 19:30 to be allocated elsewhere.

• Room claim: There is no entitlement to the provision of specific rooms or premises. If agreed rooms are not available, we undertake to endeavor to find an equivalent replacement.

2. terms of payment & cancellation fees

• Payment methods: Please note that we only accept payments by EC card or cash payment accept.

• Non-utilization: If the contractual services are not used, the guest undertakes to pay the agreed price less the expenses saved.

• Experience records: The savings for overnight stays are calculated at a flat rate of 20 % of the price is applied.

• Subletting: We are obliged in good faith to reallocate unused rooms if possible. Until the room is reallocated, the guest remains obliged to pay the calculated amount for the duration of the contract.

3. lost property & discretion

• Forgotten items: We will be happy to return any items that have been left behind to you on request against reimbursement of the shipping costs.

• Retention period: Please note that the retention period 6 months is. For data protection reasons, no active notification is made by the hotel.

• Data protection: To protect your privacy, we do not pass on any information about our guests' stay to third parties.

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your trust in our hotel. To ensure clarity for both sides, you will find our conditions for cancelations, rebookings and your stay here.

1. withdrawal & cancellation

Withdrawal from the contract requires the written consent of the hotel. If no free cancellation date has been agreed in writing, the obligation to pay the agreed price shall remain in force, even if services are not utilized (except in special legal cases).

If rooms are not used, we will endeavor to rent them to other guests. Income from this and expenses saved will of course be taken into account.

2. cancellation deadlines according to booking type

Depending on the selected rate, the following flat rates of the offer price apply:

Unless an earlier date for withdrawal free of charge has been agreed in writing.

Please note: Breakfast, visitor's tax and parking fees will not be charged in the event of cancellation.

Special features:

• Fasting bookings: In the event of cancellation, we offer to convert 100 % of the fee into a Credit note to convert. This is valid for one year, is transferable and will be charged when you make a new reservation. If you do not wish to do this, the standard cancellation fees apply.

• Voucher bookings: Cancellation is no longer possible after confirmation of the redemption or extension.

3. rebooking & payment

• Rebookings: Are possible up to a maximum of one week before departure. We charge a processing fee of 30 €.

• Payment methods: We accept EC cards, cash payment and advance bank transfer (receipt of payment at least two days before arrival).

• Travel protection: We strongly recommend that you take out a Travel cancellation and interruption insurance for a relaxing vacation.

4. important information for your stay

• Breakfast: Daily from 08:00 to 10:00 a.m.. Please note that unused meals cannot be refunded.

• Parking (parking lot east): Parking fees are non-refundable. Important: Please book your parking ticket directly at reception when you check in (license plate required).
