General Terms and Conditions of Business and Cancellation
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is ordered and confirmed or, if confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints, has been made available. The order and confirmation can be made by telephone, in writing, by fax, by email or via various booking portals. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 3:00 p.m. and until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed, the hotelier reserves the right to reassign the room to someone else from 7:30 p.m. The guest does not acquire any right to the provision of specific rooms or rooms. If agreed rooms are not available, the hotelier is obliged to endeavour to find equivalent replacement. If the contractual services are not used, the guest undertakes to pay the agreed or customary price, less any expenses saved by the hotelier. According to experience, the savings for overnight stays amount to 20% of the overnight price. The hotelier is obliged in good faith to re-allocate unused rooms wherever possible in order to avoid losses. Until the rooms are re-allocated, the guest must pay the calculated amount for the duration of the contract. Please understand that we only accept payments by EC or cash.
Have you forgotten something with us? No problem! We will of course be happy to send you back any items that have been left behind - against reimbursement of the shipping costs. Please note that the retention period expires after 6 months and we will not inform you about this for data protection reasons.
We also do not provide any information about the stay.
Cancellation policy
1. The customer's withdrawal from the contract concluded with the hotel requires the hotel's written consent. If this is not given, the agreed price from the contract must be paid even if the customer does not make use of the contractual services. This does not apply if the hotel violates its obligation to take into account the rights, legal interests and interests of the customer, if the customer can no longer be expected to adhere to the contract, or if another legal or contractual right of withdrawal is granted.
2. If a date for free withdrawal from the contract has been agreed in writing between the hotel and the customer, the customer can withdraw from the contract up to that date without triggering any payment or compensation claims by the hotel. The customer's right of withdrawal expires if he does not exercise his right of withdrawal in writing to the hotel by the agreed date.
3. If the customer does not use rooms, the hotel must take into account the income from renting these rooms to other guests as well as the expenses saved.
The following cancellation periods are agreed:
Standard and Offer bookings from 14 to 6 days before arrival 50% of the offer price if canceled 5 days before the day of arrival 80% of the offer price
Fasting booking we offer to convert the cancellation fee 100% into a credit note, which will be offset against the new reservation. The credit note is valid for one year from the date of issue and is transferable, should you not be happy with this, the normal cancellation fee will apply
Group bookings more than three rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival, 6-2 weeks 50% 2 weeks before arrival 80% of the room rate.

Voucher bookings/Extensions cannot be canceled after confirmation
Rebookings of bookings are subject to a fee and are possible up to a maximum of 1 week before departure, the fee is 30€
We accept EC cards and cash payment as well as bank transfer at Receipt of payment two days before arrival
4. breakfast opening hours: Breakfast times are Monday - Sunday from 08:00 - 10:00
Please note that unused booked meals will not be refunded.
Parking fees parking lot east are not refundable, please book your parking ticket only at check-in at the reception, license plate is required
