1. general terms and conditions of accommodation (GTC)

§ 1 Conclusion of contract & provision

Conclusion of contract: The guest accommodation contract is bindingly concluded as soon as a room has been ordered and confirmed (by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via the booking portal) or - if a confirmation was no longer possible in terms of time - made available. Both contractual partners are obliged to fulfill the contract.
Arrival and departure: Reserved rooms are available to the guest on Arrival day from 15:00 available. On On the day of departure the room is available until 11:00 a.m. to be released.
Late arrival: Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed, the hotel reserves the right to change the room after 19:30 to be allocated elsewhere.
Room claim: There is no entitlement to the provision of specific rooms. If agreed rooms are not available, the hotel is obliged to endeavor to find an equivalent replacement.

§ 2 Terms of payment

Payment methods: Payment of the invoice is made on site exclusively by EC card or cash.
Advance bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer is possible, provided that the amount is paid no later than two working days before arrival has been credited to the hotel's account.

§ 3 Lost property & data protection

Lost property: Items left behind will only be forwarded on request and against reimbursement of the shipping costs. The storage period is 6 months.
Discretion: For data protection reasons, the guest will not be actively notified of any items found. The hotel does not pass on any information about guests' stays to third parties.

2 Cancellation and rebooking conditions

§ 1 Cancellation principles

Withdrawal from the contract must be made in writing. If the contractual services are not utilized, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed price less the expenses saved. The hotel shall endeavour to rent rooms that are not used to other guests in order to minimize the cancellation fees for the guest.

§ 2 Cancellation deadlines & fees

Depending on the type of booking, the following flat rates of the offer price (accommodation) apply:

*Unless an earlier date for withdrawal free of charge has been agreed in writing.

Note: Breakfast, visitor's tax and parking fees will not be charged in the event of cancellation.

§ 3 Special regulations

Fasting bookings: In the event of cancellation, the fee of 100 % can be converted into a credit note (validity: 1 year, transferable). If this is not desired, the standard cancellation fees apply.
Voucher bookings: Cancellation is no longer possible after a confirmed redemption or extension.
Rebookings: Are available up to a maximum of one week before arrival for a processing fee of 30 € possible.

§ 4 Optional travel insurance (direct booking)

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The following special conditions apply when taking out insurance through our system:

Cancellation free of charge until Arrival day 14:00.
After that, only 50 % of the travel price will be charged.
Important: Trip interruption (after check-in) is not covered by this insurance.

3. important guest information

Breakfast: Daily from 08:00 to 10:00 a.m.. Meals not taken will not be reimbursed.
Parking (parking lot east): Parking fees are non-refundable. Please book your ticket only at check-in directly at reception stating your license plate number.
