Description

We are looking for the new "alkaline fasting" area.
Ideas on the subject of alkaline nutrition and alkaline fasting, re-entry after Buchinger fasting.
Cooking with guests in our show kitchen
Courses relating to healthy nutrition
Show cooking ketogenic
Guidance and training for guests on healthy and wholesome nutrition
Long-term connection, operation is year-round

Responsibilities

Preparation of tasty and healthy meals, taking dietary requirements into account (alkaline fasting and ketogenic)
Planning and creating special menus for guests with individual dietary requirements
Cooking with guests in our show kitchen
Checking and ensuring the quality of the food used and compliance with hygiene standards
Advice for guests on healthy eating and lifestyle
Support with ordering and stock management of food and ingredients

Qualifications

Completed training as a cook (m/f/d) and/or dietician (m/f/d)
Experience in the preparation of dietetic meals and knowledge of nutritional science
Creativity and pleasure in developing new recipes and menus
Good knowledge of food science, hygiene and safety regulations
Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and high service orientation
Empathy in dealing with guests with special dietary requirements
